Can I apply for wholesale?
To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms & conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell at the store listed. Secondary stores, online stores, and websites must receive prior written approval. By registering above, you will be added to our wholesale email list and receive our referral link to BULLETIN
Turn Around Time
Turn around time for jewelry & stickers is 4-6 weeks. An expected ship date will be supplied at the time of ordering.
Ordering
Yay! We can’t wait to work with you. You can order by emailing us at hello@acornandartisan.com, or through our Bulletin storefront at https://bulletin.co/brands/acorn-and-artisan. Our order minimum is $250; reorder minimum is $125. Pieces will be held for 7 days after an invoice is sent pending payment. Payment should be made by credit card and must be received prior to shipping. Any order modifications or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the initial order.
Shipping Policy
The shipping window is supplied at the time of order. Once shipped, you will be supplied with the tracking information. Shipment will include an inventory line sheet. Final retail prices will be set by the buyer. We offer shipping through USPS & UPS. We occasionally have products back ordered - we’ll let you know if for any reason we are unable to ship within the estimated timeframe. All orders are shipped from our home studio location. Shipping cost will be included in the invoice and is the responsibility of purchaser. Shipping times vary by the rate that you select at check-out. Insurance may be added to your order at the time of purchase, and is suggested. Insurance cost on packages is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once packages are scanned in by the mail carrier, they are no longer in our hands. We do not assume responsibility for packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. If you need assistance in locating your package, please reach out to your local postmaster.
Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our work some variation is expected. We will issue exchanges on damaged products only. Please let us know within 48hrs of receiving the order, and send us a photo of the damaged merchandise to hello@acornandartisan.com for assistance.

Materials
Brass
Durable: Brass is made up of copper and zinc making it a durable metal.
Waterproof: you can wear your brass jewelry in the shower or ocean without it breaking! If you wear your brass jewelry in the water, you might see your skin turn green where it came in contact. This is because of the copper in the brass.
14k Gold Fill
Durable: At the core of gold fill is high quality jewelers’ brass which is then coated in at least 5% 14K gold that will never rub or flake off.
Hypoallergenic: Because gold fill does not use any nickel it is hypoallergenic and a great affordable option for those sensitive to metals.
Slow/non-tarnish: Gold in general is a great metal because it is extremely slow to tarnish and when it does it’s easily cleaned.
Waterproof: you can wear your gold fill jewelry in the shower or ocean without worrying about it turning your skin green! As long as your jewelry never comes into contact with chemicals (like those put in pools) it will stay picture perfect.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is about 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, brass, or sometimes nickel.
Allergenic: Sterling silver can sometimes have trace amounts of nickel and is not a good option if you are sensitive to certain metals like nickel.
Tarnishes: Because sterling silver is an alloy it tends to tarnish. This means the silver will go from bright and shiny to a darker silver color. It will never rub off on your skin or turn it green.
Waterproof: Like gold fill sterling silver is waterproof and not harmed by fresh and usually saltwater. Always allow your jewelry to fully dry before putting it in an airtight container.
Damaged & Lost Packages
Acorn & Artisan is not liable for any damages done to your order via transit. However, if the packaging is not damaged but the piece is upon arrival, please send me an email to hello@acornandartisan.com & we can discuss potential next steps. In your order please include the order number and item name.
