A look back at the year that shaped Acorn & Artisan — and what comes next

2025 wasn’t about doing more.
It was about doing truer.
This year asked us to slow down, listen more closely, and build with intention instead of noise. Somewhere between sketchbooks, shelves of prints, and a whole lot of bird puns, Acorn & Artisan found its footing again — clearer, calmer, and more aligned than ever.
Here’s a look back at what made 2025 such a meaningful chapter for us.

A Brand That Feels Like Us Again
Early in the year, we took a hard look at our work — what we were making, why we were making it, and what actually felt good to stand behind.
The result wasn’t a dramatic reinvention.
It was a refinement.

16 New Illustrations, Countless New Products
This year, 16 new original illustrations became the foundation for dozens of products — prints, mugs, stickers, bandanas, totes, shirts, and more.
Instead of chasing trends, we focused on illustrations that:
- Felt playful but thoughtful
- Celebrated birds, plants, and odd little natural details
- Could live comfortably across multiple product types
That approach let each design stretch further — and helped customers build collections that felt cohesive, not cluttered.

Seeing what resonated most helped guide how we design going forward: useful, funny, and not too precious.

From Texas (and Beyond)
One of the quiet joys of 2025 was seeing where our work landed.
Our products made their way across the U.S. — and into homes in Canada, Germany, Ireland, and Belgium. It’s still wild to think that something drawn at a desk in Texas ends up on a wall, a water bottle, or a coffee table halfway across the world.
That connection never gets old.
